IN MEMORIAM & SICK

Donald B. Landrum, Affiliated Past Master and 32 degree Scottish Rite Masons as well as a York Rite Mason gained admission into the Celestial Lodge on Monday, March 14, 2016.  Funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Bailey and Foster funeral home.  
                                                    
October 30, 1922 - March 14, 2016

Born in Alto, Texas, Don enlisted in World War II in the Army Air Corps and flew 41 combat missions over Nazi Germany as an Aerial Gunner in a B-24 Liberator.  Shot down over Yugoslavia on his 41st mission, he avoided capture with the help of the resistance and who help his crew walk back to the U.S. Northern Italy base.

After the war Donald and his wife, Carline, made their home in Houston where Don owned and ran a successful barber shop until his retirement in 1998.  He is survived by his wife of 73 years as well as his children.
